  10.     I read with great interest about the availability, in the 
  11. Saginaw area, of an injectable computer chip to be used for 
  12. identification of your dog or cat.

  14.     What a great idea. Here's a means of identification that 
  15. can't be lost, stolen, or fade away. The chip, when activated by 
  16. a special scanner, transmits an ID code number. I highly 
  17. recommend this device to anyone that values the love and 
  18. companionship of their pet.

  20.     However, this new technology leads me to wonder about the 
  21. potential for abuse by liberals in the Clinton Administration.

  23.     Hughes Aircraft Company, the patent holder of the injectable 
  24. chip, has done a lot of research in the past for the CIA. Is the 
  25. injectable chip the results of one of those projects? Could it's 
  26. present use in domestic animals be part of a new surveillance 
  27. program for testing powerful new detectors mounted in spy 
  28. satellites, mobile units, or other hidden places?

  30.     The Hillery Clinton health care plan appears to have a 
  31. clandestine use in mind for the injectable computer chip.

  33.     As part of a required National Immunization Program for 
  34. children, all kids could receive this chip as part of a new 
  35. national identification program. Parents that refuse to have 
  36. their children vaccinated could face Federal charges of child 
  37. neglect.

  39.     When that happens, you and your children can kiss their 
  40. freedom goodbye. Big Brother would soon be able to track and 
  41. record their movements, what they are doing, perhaps, even their 
  42. thoughts.

  44.     The technology is in place for this to happen. Will we allow 
  45. it to happen?
